Mission Statement
The mission of the Tri County Surge Travel Softball Organization is to empower young female athletes through competitive fastpitch softball, fostering personal growth, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. We are committed to developing skilled, confident, and resilient players both on and off the field, while promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence. Our goal is to prepare our athletes for success at the next level whether in high school, college, or life by providing high-quality coaching, elite competition, and a positive, family-oriented environment.
